Amy's Birth Philosophy

Eden's Garden Birth embraces a holistic approach to childbirth. Birth is not just a normal biological process, but a feat of mental strength and a spiritual becoming. My classes increase confidence in the normal birth process by equipping you (and your partner), with the tools needed to communicate with your provider, work with your labor, manage your pain and minimize unnecessary intervention. As a doula, my goal is to provide you and your partner with continuous, compassionate, hands-on support before, during and after your labor.
